Daydreaming

Building on the original concept of the Daydreaming with… James Lavelle London show, which achieved world-wide acclaim in 2010 with its innovative examination of the relationship between art and music, this exhibition, which took place at ArtisTree in Taikoo Place, included work by over 30 local and international award-winning artists, bringing together artworks by leading creatives in Asia such as Cang Xin, Li Wei, Wing Shya, Prodip Leung, Jayne Dyer and Huang Rui, alongside celebrated artists from Europe and the US including 3D (from the band Massive Attack), Polly Borland, Ian Monroe, American graffiti legend Futura 2000, Turner Prize nominee Nathan Coley, and video artist Doug Foster. We were just stoked to be invited!

The exhibition gained great critical acclaim, both locally and internationally, and received nearly 20,000 visitors throughout the month-long run. You can check out a short doc we put together of the trip here.
